Site Supervisor

"We are seeking for an experienced Site Supervisor who will oversee our construction project, ensuring timely completion, quality standard, and safety protocols."

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor in a construction company
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Detail-oriented and a team player
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Strong leadership qualities
• Good analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
• Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
• Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards
• Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
• Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
• Communicating the progress report to the Construction Project Manager
• Attending any on-site meetings or events

Education: Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field

Experience: 3-5years in a construction industry
