General Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and cost-effective execution of 15–20 assigned projects,
ensuring strict adherence to contract requirements, project specifications, and safety standards. The role
involves daily site supervision, coordination of operational activities from mobilization to demobilization,
and accurate documentation of all site-related activities in the Resource Management System. The Site
Supervisor will play a key role in resource management, team coordination, and performance monitoring
across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Project Operations & Delivery
-
Lead day-to-day site activities across assigned projects from handover to closeout, ensuring
compliance with method statements, contractual obligations, and technical specifications.

Coordinate all phases of site operations, including mobilization, procurement, installation,
commissioning, monitoring, and demobilization.

Review project documents upon handover and report any discrepancies or risks to the Line
Manager prior to execution.

Supervise site teams to ensure work progress, productivity, and quality targets are consistently
met.

Maintain updated and accurate records for each project site.

Prepare and submit key reports to the Line Manager

Monitor site resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost control, minimizing overtime and
unnecessary expenses.

Attend project meetings with clients and stakeholders as required to report on site performance,
progress, and challenges.

Site Leadership & Coordination
-
Act as the main point of contact for site operations, ensuring smooth communication between
site teams, the Operations department, and Line Manager.

Oversee allocation and efficient use of manpower, machinery, and other site resources.

Provide technical input and engineering judgment throughout the project lifecycle to support
effective decision-making.

Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

QHSE Compliance
-
Fully understand and enforce the Company’s QHSE policies and procedures on all sites.

Ensure safety goals are met, and proactively address unsafe practices or hazardous conditions.

Collaborate with Safety Officers to report and resolve any safety-related issues or violations.

Monitor all activities against quality standards and project specifications; report defects or
deviations to the Line Manager.

Complete relevant quality checklists and documentation accurately.

Team Development & Cross-Functional Support

Set performance expectations for site teams and guide their professional development.

Work closely with internal project stakeholders to resolve execution, documentation, or
compliance issues.

Identify operational risks or opportunities and escalate relevant issues to the Line Manager for
resolution.

Support the preparation of a rolling 6-month manpower plan and provide justifications for
additional resources if needed.
Qualification Requirements

Diploma or certification in Construction Management or related field.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the construction or dewatering
industry.

Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous site projects.

Strong understanding of groundwater control techniques is an advantage.

Effective leadership and delegation skills, with the ability to motivate teams across various sites.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse internal and external
stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project documentation tools.
