Site Supervisor

• monitor the behaviour of your construction team and contractors
• ensure everyone on the site complies with health and safety regulations
• implement and enforce Conde Construction Logistics' procedures and policies
• conduct site inspections, identifying and eliminating potential safety hazards
• handle onsite incidents in accordance with incident response protocols
• support the project management team in planning and managing workloads
• maintain an accurate site log and record of personnel attendance
• liaise with clients to meet project demands
• attend site meetings
• support internal and external audit activities
• provide professional recommendations for changes to construction activities or procedures to boost efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
