Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with project plans, safety regulations, and company standards. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Coordination

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to meet project deadlines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Supervise site workforce, including subcontractors and laborers.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of daily progress, incidents, and site activities.
• Document any changes to project plans and communicate them to the Project Manager.
• Prepare daily progress reports, including site photos and key accomplishments.

Resource & Quality Management

• Manage the allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for additional supplies as needed.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Address issues related to workmanship, materials, and site operations promptly.

Problem-Solving & Team Management

• Resolve conflicts within the team and manage performance effectively.
• Identify site issues and implement quick and effective solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a Site Supervisor role (Mandatory)
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and UAE safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
