Site Supervisor

Overview: At Kinetics Group, our people are our strength. We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in steel structure construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead site activities, ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery while coordinating with teams and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site steel structure construction activities.
• Lead a team of workers and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
• Review and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and construction plans.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and communicate updates to management.

Skills & Attributes:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with construction safety and compliance standards.
