Site Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution and quality control of our interior design projects, including retail showrooms, office spaces and other environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into reality, managing on-site activities and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

�� Key Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will be the primary on-site manager, focusing on project execution and coordination:

· Project Execution & Quality Control:

o Oversee and manage all on-site construction, fitting out and installation activities.

o Ensure all installations and finishes align precisely with the design specifications and required Finishing standards.

o Participate in site visits, monitor progress, and report on project execution to management.

o Create 2D/3D Models using Auto Cad

· Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

o Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for and coordinate effectively with vendors, sub-contractors, and other project stakeholders.

o Coordinate daily site operations, material delivery, and labor deployment to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

· Material & Cost Management:

o Verify the accuracy of the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) against on-site requirements and deliveries.

o Monitor and manage on-site materials, ensuring accurate inventory and minimizing waste.

o Track and report on Material Costing relative to the project budget.

· Documentation & Reporting:

o Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date records of site activities, progress, material usage, and documentation.

o Assist in preparing and reviewing progress reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.

o Ensure all work adheres to brand identity standards, as well as relevant safety regulations and building codes.
