Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Oversee day-to-day on-site work to ensure designs are executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordination: Coordinate between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project flow.
• Quality Control: Ensure workmanship, materials, and finishes meet company standards.
• Timeline Management: Monitor progress, maintain schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Resource Management: Supervise site labor, track attendance, and manage material usage and deliveries.
• Site Documentation: Maintain site reports, daily progress updates, and photographic records.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with site regulations.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site technical or coordination issues promptly.
• Client Interaction: Represent the company on-site and handle client queries professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as Site Supervisor in Interior Fit-out or Construction projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and site measurement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Project Documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible to travel across project locations.
• If the site work for the day is completed or if there is no site work, you are required to report to the office and continue your duties from the office.
• Candidates staying in Thane city will be preferred for this role

Salary Range:

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience )
