Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work quality, adherence to project timelines, safety compliance, and coordination among labor, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Execution

• Monitor and manage daily site activities as per drawings and specifications.

• Ensure quality control and workmanship standards are maintained.

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors for smooth project execution.

• Material & Resource Management

• Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment on-site.

• Prevent wastage and maintain proper stock records.

• Workforce Management

• Supervise labor, subcontractors, and vendors for productivity.

• Allocate tasks and ensure adherence to work schedules.

• Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.

• Comply with statutory requirements, building codes, and company policies.

• Progress Reporting

• Maintain daily work progress reports and submit to Project Manager.

• Highlight site issues and suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in site supervision within real estate or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
