Position: Site Supervisor

Location: OMR, Chennai

Exp: 1 - 2yrs exp in Interior works, Construction, Engineering or related fields.

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil, Construction or related field preferred

Key Skills: Strong Communication, Strong Leadership, Team Management problem-solving skills, Effective Coordination etc.

Salary: 18 - 25k

• Male candidates preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Supervise site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor work progress and address any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of work activities, reports, and incidents.
• Train and mentor site staff and workers.
