Site Supervisor

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise daily site operations and ensure project timelines and quality

standards are met.

 Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth progress

of work.

 Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety and quality

regulations.

 Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager or Site

Engineer.

 Verify materials delivered on-site and ensure proper usage.

 Maintain site records including attendance, material usage, and daily progress

reports.

 Travel between multiple sites in the Bangalore district as required.

Qualifications:

 Education: Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering.

 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a site supervision or related

engineering role.

Skills & Requirements:

 Proficient in Hindi and/or Kannada; basic English required.

 Telugu or Tamil language skills will be an added advantage.

 Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.

 Must own a bike/two-wheeler with valid driving license.

 Willingness to travel between construction sites across Bangalore District.

Preferred Attributes:

 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 Practical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
