Site Supervisor

The Role

The Site Supervisor will be the key link between the design team, the client, and the execution team (contractors/vendors). You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision, and quality control of all interior fit-out work, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management:
• Oversee all on-site activities, including civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, false ceiling, painting, and finishing work.
• Ensure all work is executed strictly according to the approved design drawings, specifications, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Scheduling & Progress:
• Develop and manage the site work schedule, tracking daily progress against the master project timeline.
• Identify potential delays and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Conduct daily site meetings with contractors and vendors.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Coordinate effectively with the design team for drawing clarifications and material approvals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client on site-related issues, providing professional and timely updates.
• Document site progress through daily reports, photographs, and attendance records.
• Billing & Measurement:
• Verify contractor measurements and work completion for interim billing and final payments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: [Insert number, e.g., 3-5] years of experience as a Site Supervisor, or equivalent role, specifically managing high-end interior design/fit-out projects (residential and/or commercial).
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, material specifications (e.g., veneers, laminates, stone, hardware), and quality standards in interior fit-outs..
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
