Site Supervisor

PFC Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely on schedule and in accordance with project specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations efficiently
• Coordinate civil or mechanical activities as per project requirements
• Ensure work is carried out safely and in compliance with company standards
• Monitor manpower materials and equipment at site
• Communicate effectively with site teams, engineers and management
• Report daily progress and site issues to senior staff
• Maintain discipline and productivity among the workforce
• Adapt to project needs and support operations as required
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities when assigned

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Certification: Attested Diploma or Degree Certificate is mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing industry or construction

Technical Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of civil or mechanical works
• Ability to read and follow site instructions and drawings

Language Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Positive attitude and adaptability to new environments

Work Flexibility:

• Willing to work day and night shifts
• Ready to work as per company and project requirements

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Physically fit to work on site
• Willing to relocate within the UAE if required by the project
• Must follow company policies, safety rules and site regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
