Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with strong on-site execution skills and a thorough understanding of drawings and construction processes. The candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring quality and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities
• Interpret and execute work as per architectural, interior, and working drawings
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams
• Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, and material usage on site
• Monitor project timelines and report progress regularly
• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline
• Coordinate with the design team for clarifications and modifications
• Maintain site records, measurements, and basic documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of hands-on site supervision experience
• Well-versed with drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Strong knowledge of interior / civil / finishing works
• Practical experience in managing labour and subcontractors
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Profile

• Experience in interior fit-out or residential/commercial projects
• Ability to coordinate smoothly with designers and clients
• Proactive, responsible, and site-oriented approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,374.05 per month
