Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, supervise manpower, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in site supervision, steel structure works, and construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers at site.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress and productivity.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.

Construction Activities

• Supervise steel structure erection, installation, fabrication, and finishing works.
• Monitor civil and structural works at site.
• Ensure work quality and proper execution according to project standards.
• Verify site measurements, alignments, and installation activities.
• Coordinate site activities to avoid delays and interruptions.

Coordination & Communication

• Report daily progress and site issues to project engineers and management.
• Coordinate with procurement and store departments for material requirements.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Assist engineers in resolving technical and operational issues.

Safety & Quality

• Ensure all workers follow safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safe working conditions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers at site.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at site.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports and manpower attendance records.
• Track material usage and report shortages or damages.
• Report delays, risks, and site challenges to management.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and work completion updates.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as Site Supervisor.
• Experience in Steel Structure, PEB, Construction, or Structural Steel projects.
• Strong knowledge of site supervision and construction activities.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site execution.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety procedures.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
