Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out works.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site fit-out activities and ensure work is progressing according to schedule
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and workers to meet project timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site
• Identify and resolve any site issues or conflicts proactively and report directly to project managers and site supervisors
• Assist in materials planning, site inspections, and progress reports

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Diploma holder in Civil / Electric
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out site supervision
• Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, and civil works
• Ability to read drawings and manage execution accordingly
• Good communication skills and site management capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
