Site Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on finishing work and quality control.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the finishing work and quality control processes on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with project specifications. This role involves direct supervision of finishing work, coordination with various teams, and ensuring that all work adheres to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily finishing work activities on-site, including the coordination and management of subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure that all finishing work meets company standards and project specifications; conduct regular inspections to identify and address any defects or deviations.

· Compliance: Verify that all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards; enforce safety protocols and report any violations or hazards.

· Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of finishing work with overall project goals and timelines.

· Resource Management: Monitor the use of materials and equipment; ensure that resources are used efficiently and that inventory levels are maintained.

· Problem Solving: Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site; implement corrective actions and report significant issues to the General Manager.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, inspections, and quality control checks; prepare and submit reports as required.

· Training & Guidance: Provide guidance and support to on-site staff and subcontractors; ensure high standards of workmanship.

· Client Interaction: Interface with clients and address any concerns or requests related to the finishing work; ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.

Job Location: Lake City, Lahore

Working Days: 6 days a week (standard working hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
