Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and site resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues or delays.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and material tracking.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and handover requirements.
• Resolve site-related technical and operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, materials, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• UAE Driving License will be an advantage.
