Job Title: Site Supervisor – Façade & Aluminum
Location: UAE

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Façade & Aluminum to manage site activities, supervise teams, and ensure quality and safety compliance for façade and aluminum projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise façade and aluminum installation works on site
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Maintain quality standards and enforce HSE requirements
• Monitor daily progress and report site issues
• Coordinate with clients and consultants on site matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years UAE/GCC experience in façade & aluminum projects
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of façade and aluminum systems
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Good communication skills in English
• Preferred nationality: Philippines
