Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee façade and aluminum projects across the UAE. The role involves supervising site teams, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site activities for façade and aluminum works.
• Lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality standards and HSE compliance.
• Monitor material handling, progress, and daily site operations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate site documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in façade & aluminum projects in UAE/GCC.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of façade/aluminum systems and installation techniques.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
