Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Façade to oversee on-site installation activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate with project teams for timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in curtain wall, cladding, and façade installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for aluminum and façade installations
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow
• Monitor material usage, manpower allocation, and equipment on-site
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues
• Enforce safety standards and compliance on-site
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminum and façade site supervision
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum façade systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
• Good communication skills
• UAE experience preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
