Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Glazing to manage on-site installation activities for façade, curtain wall, and aluminum systems projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong installation supervision experience and a valid UAE Driving License for site mobility and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and façade systems at project sites
• Coordinate daily site activities with foremen, installers, subcontractors, and project engineers
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and compliance
• Manage site manpower, material delivery, and installation schedules
• Resolve technical and site execution issues in coordination with project engineers
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients for site coordination
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Support snagging, handover, and final inspection processes

Requirements

• 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in Aluminum & Glazing or Façade installation projects
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum doors/windows, and façade installation works
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation details
• Experience supervising site teams, installers, and subcontractors
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of construction site safety standards
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Ability to travel between multiple project sites as required
