Site Supervisor (Civil)

• Marking and preparing the site for construction
• Earthwork supervision
• Monitoring the area drainage works, earth work execution, levelling & dressing, PCC at site & checking the standard of work
• Monitoring bar bending schedule, surveying, details of shuttering of structures, layout for geometry and important works for all structures
• Ensure that proper utilisation in terms of labour, material and machinery
• To manage the issues with the labour/Sub Contractor and escalate the major issues to the site engineer/Area manager
• To support the quality department in giving and making samples of the concrete and material"
• To Supervise & work execution
• To check the concrete mix, proportion for Mortar etc.
• Checking site preparedness for work execution
• Ensuring output from labour/workers
• Getting the Executing of Layout works.
• Co-ordinating Development of Labour
• Updating Daily Labour Report
• To act in compliance with Company's value and quality policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
