**Job Title:** Site Supervisor

**Location:** Piplod,surat local prefer only

**Qualification:** Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering

**Experience:** Minimum 1 – 3 years in construction / real estate projects

**Salary:** Up to ₹22,000 per month (No salary bar for the right candidate)

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule

* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth site execution

* Maintain quality standards and ensure safety compliance at the site

* Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage effectively

* Prepare daily progress reports and update project management

* Assist in resolving technical/site issues as required

**Desired Candidate Profile:**

* Good knowledge of civil construction practices and site management

* Ability to handle labor teams and contractors

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Willingness to take responsibility and deliver results
