Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Civil Site Supervisor to join our construction team. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a fresher eager to learn, this role offers hands on experience in managing site operations, ensuring quality control, and contributing to impactful projects across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site activities and coordinating with labor teams
• Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with project plans and safety standards
• Support in interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Maintain site documentation and daily reports
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Learn and apply construction best practices under senior guidance

Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma or B.tech in Civil Engineering or related field
• Freshers with strong academic background and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read technical drawings (training will be provided if needed)
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety protocols is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
