Site Supervisor (Civil)

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. The role involves managing manpower, materials, safety, and quality on site, while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and the head office for smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email reporting).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / in Civil Engineering or equivalent/ ITI

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
