We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at our Thane-Kalva site. As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

*Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

- Monitor progress and report to management

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders

- Identify and resolve site-related issues

*Requirements:*

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

- 2+ years of experience in construction supervision

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
