Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the project site, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards. The candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure timely completion of work as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor labor, material usage, and site progress
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at the site
• Maintain site records, reports, and daily progress logs
• Identify and resolve on-site technical and execution issues
• Ensure timely completion of work within deadlines

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety norms and quality standards
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage manpower effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,405.83 - ₹33,704.16 per month
