We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Site Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience to assist in managing day-to-day construction site activities. The candidate will work closely with senior supervisors and engineers to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and as per quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in construction site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily construction site activities as per project requirements.
• Support coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and site labor.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to senior supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards on-site.
• Help maintain site records such as daily work progress, material usage, and manpower reports.
• Assist in managing labor attendance and basic site logistics.
• Identify and report on-site issues or delays to senior staff for timely resolution.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices, safety norms, and site procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under senior supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites and relocate if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
