Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job description:

Good Hand Stones and Concrete Flooring LLC is seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for flooring and finishing projects including microtopping, exposed aggregate, stamped concrete, interlock fixing, and brick cladding works. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure proper execution of microtopping, exposed aggregate, stamped concrete, interlock fixing, and related works.
• Monitor project progress and report daily updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
• Check material deliveries and ensure proper usage on site.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Maintain quality control and ensure finishing standards are met.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in flooring or construction finishing works).
• Strong knowledge of concrete flooring systems and surface applications.
• Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
