Site Supervisor (Construction)

• Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and materials to meet project schedules • Enforce and promote workplace health and safety practices • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high construction standards • Track project progress and report updates to management • Address on-site issues, delays, or changes proactively • Maintain accurate records of labour, materials, and site conditions. • Ensure compliance with all company policies and building regulations
