Job Summary:

Global Prefab General Contracting LLC is looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities for prefabricated and modular building projects. The candidate will manage site workers, coordinate installation works, and ensure that projects are completed according to drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and labor teams.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Monitor installation of prefab units, steel structures, cladding, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
• Maintain quality control of materials and workmanship on site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site updates.
• Resolve basic site issues and report progress to project engineers or managers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
• Experience in prefab, modular buildings, or construction site supervision is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and layouts.
• Good team management and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of UAE construction practices and safety regulations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
