Site Supervisor (Construction) Urgent Require

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure work quality, maintain safety standards, and coordinate between management, subcontractors, and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress.
• Resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
