Site Supervisor (Electrical)

Job Description – Site Supervisor:

· Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

· Erecting the Appropriate Transformers, Electrical HT, LT Panels, appropriate Cable Laying and Earthing of the entire Systems.

· Documenting the required for the Billing the materials Supplied and the materials erected.

· Preparing and Submission of the required Documents for Successful Handing Over and Completion.

· Developing the Detailed Engineered as Built Drawings and Schematics using the Auto Cad with accurate Documentation.

· A strong Commitment for delivering the safe reliable execution in the field and alignment with Local Regulations.

· Supervise daily site activities, manage workloads, and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

· Manage, motivate, and guide construction workers and subcontractors; assign tasks, resolve conflicts, and provide training.

· Maintain accurate site logs, daily reports, attendance records, and progress photo.

Qualifications:

· B.E / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

· Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Site / field.

· MEP Coordination, HVAC & Plumbing Layouts.

· Ability to communicate in Hindi is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
