Site Supervisor (Fit-out Background)

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor (Fit-Out Background) is responsible for overseeing on-site fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all fit-out activities on-site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Interpret and implement design drawings and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and progress.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues or challenges promptly.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate timely procurement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and standards.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
