Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Site Supervisors to oversee daily site operations for fit-out, renovation, and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing teams and ensuring quality work delivery within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.
• Manage labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in fit-out, renovation, or interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior works such as carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and flooring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE Driving License is a plus.
