Salary: 2,500 – 3,000 SAR per month + incentive

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage departmental site operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and strong leadership skills to handle daily site activities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site work with department, contractor and local resident.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, and site schedules.
• Report project progress and issues to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Must have HDD experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fresher candidates are not eligible.
