Site Supervisor {immediate Joiner}

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure work is carried out as per drawings, safety standards, and project timelines, and coordinate between contractors, engineers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams
• Monitor material usage, quality, and wastage
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and site discipline
• Coordinate with project engineers and management
• Check work quality and resolve on-site technical issues
• Track project timelines and support timely completion
• Assist in site measurements and billing support

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability at site level
• Basic knowledge of safety practices

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. (Civil) or relevant technical qualification
• 1–5 years of experience in site supervision

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
