Site Supervisor – Interior Design (Cabinets, Kitchen & Furniture)

Job Summary:

Falak Home is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects, specifically focusing on kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, wooden furniture, and customized interior works. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in site supervision, carpentry works, and interior finishing with strong coordination and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site installation of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, doors, and customized furniture.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and timelines.
• Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
• Ensure quality control of woodwork, polishing, laminations, and finishing.
• Conduct site measurements and verify BOQs before execution.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize wastage.
• Resolve on-site technical issues related to carpentry and interior works.
• Maintain safety standards and site discipline.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit to management.
• Ensure project completion within deadline and budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior site supervision (kitchen cabinets & furniture mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of wood materials, laminates, hardware fittings, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read drawings and understand interior layouts.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Must have experience in residential projects.
• Diploma in Civil/Interior Design (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
