Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on residential interior design projects.

The ideal candidate will represent True Interiors on-site, ensure high-quality execution, communicate clearly with workers, and protect the company’s interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise daily work on-site
• Ensure all tasks are executed according to design and schedule
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and site labor
• Prevent any unauthorized photography, client contact, or deviation from plans
• Submit daily updates and progress reports
• Coordinate with vendors, delivery teams, and contractors
• Maintain a professional and respectful site presence

Requirements:

• Preferred speak Tagalog
• Valid UAE driver’s license (required)
• Experience in interior fit-out or residential site supervision preferred
• Good communication skills
• Trustworthy, proactive, and organized
• English speaker
