Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Elara space Interiors located in Coimbatore. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with workers, contractors, and clients, inspecting project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The Site Supervisor will also be required to manage resources effectively and address any issues that arise on-site.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in site supervision, construction management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Experience:

• 0 - 1 year experience

Software Skills:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Responsibilities:

• 2D & 3D Design Execution
• Project Plan Preparation
• Site Visits, Develop Detailed Design Drawings
• Feasibility Assessments & Site Inspections
