- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations, for projects in KSA and DXB.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, monitoring their performance, and ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget and quality standards in KSA and DXB.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project progress in KSA and DXB.
- Maintain detailed daily logs, track progress, and prepare reports on site activities, resource allocation, and any deviations from the plan.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and conduct safety briefings to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment in KSA and DXB.
