Site Supervisor - Plumbing

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day plumbing activities on the site.
• Read and interpret plumbing layouts, AutoCAD Drawings, and technical drawings.
• Allocate work to plumbers, helpers, and as per project requirements.
• Monitor work progress to ensure it meets specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications.
• Manage materials on-site, including requisitioning plumbing materials, fittings, and tools.
• Maintain daily site reports, including manpower, work status, and issues encountered.
• Ensure proper installation of water supply systems, drainage, sanitary systems, and fixtures.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure that workers follow safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Plumbing, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in plumbing supervision on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and relevant codes/standards (e.g., IS codes).
• Ability to read plumbing drawings and technical documents.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting.
• Familiarity with safety practices and PPE usage on construction sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
