Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee on-site activities for our real estate development and property maintenance projects in Al Barsha. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong field expertise, capable of ensuring that construction operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in strict accordance with approved plans, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor construction activities to confirm compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain workflow continuity
• Implement and uphold health and safety standards in alignment with UAE regulatory requirements
• Conduct routine inspections to assess progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to technical standards
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays and cost overruns
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily activity reports, material consumption logs, and related records

Candidate Profile

• 6–7 years of practical experience in site supervision within real estate or construction environments
• Demonstrated experience working on projects across the UAE
• Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
