Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator – Interior Fit-Out (Dubai)

BLOOM & Beyond Design is a high-end interior design & fit-out company in Dubai. We are looking for a strong Site Supervisor to manage site execution, coordinate contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workmanship
• Ensure execution follows approved drawings
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and installations
• Update and track project schedule (Primavera / MS Project)
• Monitor progress and report weekly updates
• Identify delays early and propose solutions
• Manage material deliveries and site organization

Requirements

• 3–7 years UAE interior fit-out experience
• Strong knowledge of architectural and MEP drawings
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades
• UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Software

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel
• Primavera P6 or MS Project (preferred)

Salary

5,000 – 6,500 AED (based on experience)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
