Site Supervisor- Steel

Job Description:

We are hiring a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in structural steel erection and fabrication, particularly in hot rolled and/or PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards on site.

The role involves coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely completion of steel works while adhering to company and project requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, practical site experience, and the ability to manage workforce and materials efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor structural steel erection and fabrication works on site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and HSE policies at site.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Manager/Site Engineer.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in steel structure erection/fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of steel drawings and site execution.
• Good supervisory and team management skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and HSE practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
