SITE SUPERVISOR - THALASSERY (NTC)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor for our project in Thalassery (NTC). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Project Type: Residential Building (8000+ Sq.ft)

Project Duration: 6–10 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of site activities

• Labour management & attendance tracking

• Material checking & stock monitoring

• Quality control of ongoing works

• Daily progress reporting to project manager

• Maintaining work schedule & ensuring timely completion

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of site experience (civil / interior / finishing work preferred)

• Ability to coordinate between labour and management

• Diploma / ITI in Civil (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
