JOB TITLE: Site Supervisor (Interior Industry)
LOCATION: Kottayam

SALARY: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site interior work activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Maintain site safety and quality standards.
• Monitor material usage and stock levels.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
• Handle minor on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the interior or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and interior works.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites if required.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
