Job Title: Project Coordinator – Interior Design

About Us:
We are a reputed and creative interior design company looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate interior design projects from initiation to completion.

· Act as the point of contact between clients, designers, vendors, and contractors.

· Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

· Assist with procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes.

· Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

· Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and approvals.

· Identify potential risks and resolve project-related issues promptly.

· Support designers with presentations, mood boards, and site visits.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in interior design or construction.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or project management software is a plus.

· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
