Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting (Canon uniflow, Ricoh)
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP knowledge
Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets
ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing system
