Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Surveyor to join our construction and fit-out projects team in the UAE. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD and site surveying activities. The role involves conducting accurate site measurements, preparing survey reports, and supporting project execution to ensure precision, quality, and compliance with design specifications.

A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for site visits and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Site Measurement & Surveying

• Perform accurate site measurements for construction and fit-out projects
• Verify site dimensions, levels, and alignments as per approved drawings

AutoCAD & Drafting

• Prepare as-built drawings and survey layouts using AutoCAD
• Update drawings based on site conditions and measurements
• Convert site data into accurate CAD documentation

Survey Equipment Handling

• Operate Total Station, GPS, and other surveying instruments
• Ensure proper calibration and accurate usage of equipment

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed survey reports and as-built documentation
• Maintain accurate records of site data and measurements

Coordination

• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, consultants, and clients
• Report discrepancies and provide technical measurement solutions

Quality Control

• Ensure all works comply with design drawings and project specifications
• Assist in verification of installation and site execution works

Site Support

• Assist in setting out, marking, and installation alignment
• Support project teams during inspection and handover stages

Compliance

• Follow company safety, quality, and site procedures
• Maintain accuracy and discipline in all surveying tasks

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
• 3–5 years of UAE experience as Site Surveyor in construction or fit-out projects
• Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and surveying tools
• Strong knowledge of site layouts, leveling, and measurement techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
